Meet Dr. McGrory

Dr. McGrory attended the University of Missouri where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and a minor in Political Science. After moving to Texas, Dr. McGrory studied dentistry at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She received her DDS degree from the UT Health Science Center at Houston, along with multiple scholastic awards and induction into the dental honor society Omicron Kappa Upsilon, which is limited to the top ten percent of a graduating dental class. Upon completion of her dental training, Dr. McGrory was accepted into residency at the UT Health Science Center at Houston where she received a Master of Science degree and Certificate in Orthodontics. In 2007, Dr. McGrory gained board certification and became a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. McGrory takes an active role in meeting and exceeding the standards of her profession. She is an active member of many professional organizations including the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the Greater Houston Dental Society, the American Board of Orthodontists, the American Association of Orthodontists, and the Southwest Society of Orthodontists. Dr. McGrory serves as vice president of the Greater Houston Chapter of the American Association of Women Dentists. Dr. McGrory is the Clinical Director of Orthodontics and Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthodontics at the UT Health Science Center at Houston. She is a lifelong learner and enjoys keeping at the forefront of her profession by regularly attending continuing education courses and maintaining her position among the dental academic community. Dr. McGrory's family includes husband, Kevin, and sons, Gavin and Liam. They live in the Pearland area and are actively involved in the local community.
